Strange occurrences

Not sure if you are aware but if you go to https://support.site_46fda40b-4dd1-44eb-935a-50f9247e12e9/ your browser will give a security risk message.

Also when you try to login it does not recognize username / password so I cannot send a ticket.

I see the same issue. That site has an expired certificate. My browser says: "Websites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for support.site_46fda40b-4dd1-44eb-935a-50f9247e12e9 expired on 1/18/2025."

Thanks for letting us know about that, support.site_46fda40b-4dd1-44eb-935a-50f9247e12e9 is a legacy URL we no longer use since everything is provided via https://my.site_46fda40b-4dd1-44eb-935a-50f9247e12e9, but we'll get it updated for any redirects.
